All content published on this website, in our newsletter, and in downloadable guides is for informational and inspirational purposes only. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, or attending a Linger & Savor event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all guests, hosts, and corporate clients.
Event Tickets and Registration
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval. Linger & Savor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue unavailability, weather, or insufficient registrations. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, guests will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Our refund policy is as follows:
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit toward a future event
• Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours before the event: no refund. Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies at our discretion.

Guest Conduct
Linger & Savor events are designed as intimate, restorative experiences for women. We ask all guests to arrive on time, be respectful of shared space and other attendees, and honor the tone of the evening. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior disrupts the experience, without refund.
Alcohol is served at our events. By attending, guests confirm they are of legal drinking age (21+) in California. Linger & Savor complies with all applicable California alcohol service regulations. No alcohol will be served to minors and non-alcoholic options are available.
Photography and Media
Linger & Savor may photograph or film events for marketing and editorial purposes. By attending, you consent to the possible use of your image in our promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the event and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Guests are welcome to photograph their own artwork and table setting for personal social media. We ask that you obtain the consent of other guests before photographing them.
Artwork and Creative Work
The artwork guests create during Linger & Savor events belongs entirely to the guest. The seasonal canvas designs are commissioned works owned by Linger & Savor. Guests may not reproduce, copy, or commercially use the canvas design itself, but are free to display and share their personal completed painting.
Private and Corporate Bookings
Private buy-out and corporate event bookings are subject to a separate written agreement, which will outline specific pricing, guest minimums, cancellation terms, and host responsibilities. These terms are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability
Linger & Savor, its founders, and its partners are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, allergic reactions, or loss occurring at or in connection with our events, except where required by applicable law. Guests attend at their own risk. We carry general liability insurance and take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment.
In no event will our total liability to you exceed the amount paid for the event in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on lingerandsavor.com — including text, photography, brand identity, seasonal canvas designs, and newsletter content — is the property of Linger & Savor and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
