Public evenings at wineries, galleries, and beautiful spaces across the Bay Area. Come alone, bring a friend, or meet someone new. No performance, no networking, no agenda — just an intimate evening designed to slow you down and bring you back to yourself.

You've tried the apps. The yoga class. The occasional spa day. They help — briefly. But the moment you're back in your car, the weight returns.
What you're actually missing isn't another self-care ritual. It's the thing you stopped making room for years ago — play, beauty, slowness, making something with your hands just because it felt good. Time with other women where you don't have to be on, perform, or network. Just be.
That's what a Linger & Savor evening is. One analog night in a beautiful space, surrounded by a small group of women who get it, doing something creative and sensory and completely off your screen.
Every element of the evening is sequenced with intention. First the body settles. Then the senses open. Then the hands create. By the time she picks up a brush, she's already somewhere different.
Evidence-based breathwork and grounding opens the evening. The room quiets. Decompression begins before a single glass is poured.
Curated wines and premium non-alcoholic pours, explored slowly. No pressure. No performance. Just presence and pleasure.
A seasonal canvas on premium linen. Guided emotionally, not technically. You leave with a finished piece worth hanging.
Local artisan charcuterie, fresh florals, candlelight. Every detail chosen to say: this time is yours. You matter.
This is not a paint-and-sip. It's not a wellness retreat that requires a week off and a second mortgage. It's not a networking event where you leave with a stack of business cards and a headache.
Linger & Savor is grounded in neuroaesthetics — the science of how beauty and sensory engagement measurably restore the nervous system. Research from Johns Hopkins shows that 45 minutes of art-making can reduce cortisol levels. The intimacy of 8–16 women creates the neurological conditions for genuine co-regulation. The complete digital break is the precondition for any of it to work.
This is purposefully designed. Every element earns its place.
"Participating in just one art experience a month can extend one's life by 10 years."
— Susan Magsamen, Founder & Executive Director, International Arts + Mind Lab, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine ("Our Brains on Art")

Who will be there?
8–16 professional women in the Bay Area. Women-only, intentionally intimate. You may not know everyone — by the end of the evening, it won't feel that way.
Do I need to know how to paint?
Not at all. This is expressive painting — guided emotionally, not technically. The goal is presence, not perfection. Every guest leaves with a finished piece she's genuinely proud of.
What if I don't drink wine?
Every evening includes beautifully curated non-alcoholic pours alongside the wine. You are fully considered whether you drink or not.
What should I wear?
Whatever makes you feel beautiful and relaxed. We recommend wearing soft, neutral colors for the best cohesive photos. We provide aprons — paint happens and that's part of the joy.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes — and we encourage it. Many women come alone and love it. Many come with a friend and spend the rest of the evening meeting everyone else. Both are perfect.
What happens at the end?
You leave with your painting, a branded gift bag to carry your supplies, and — if our experience holds — the name of at least two women you want to see again.
Summer dates are pre-booking now. Join the waitlist to receive first access to the calendar, founding member pricing, and first right of refusal on dates.
The first evenings will be announced to waitlist members exclusively — before anything goes public.
